Conducting detailed Phone Interviews – an absolute must

There are 2 important components of phone interviews.

1. Your questions will evaluate her childcare experience.  Check on her English.  Driving experience.  Ability and willingness to pick up after the kids and doing some limited household chores around the common areas of the house.  Ability to cook.  Personality.  Motivation.
2. Your expectations are being set by means of asking questions about loving and hugging children and how clean she is.  She will/should read between the lines your expectation  for a loving, caring  Aupair, a clean Aupair that helps with some child-related chores.
