Marie helped us select five Au Pairs in the 5 years we had wonderful girls living with us.  We never had a failed match in these five years. Marie has a knack for knowing what kinds of personalities fit with us, simply on the basis of the Au Pair's Application and Letter.  She often pointed out pros and cons of a specific match that we never would have seen ourselves from the information in the Au Pair packets.  Marie also took a great interest in helping with phone interviewing, and often had questions for the girls that were very important that we would have overlooked.  I attribute five wonderful and productive matches in great part to the assistance Marie gave us over the years.

She helped us think of things we would not have noticed and helped make our journey together successful.
